Accuracy is the whole point of this site. When we get something wrong, we correct it quickly and openly.

How to report an error

If you spot an error, whether a wrong ingredient, a changed formula, an out of date detail or a factual mistake in an article, please tell us through our contact page or by email at hello@beautyluxa.com. Include the page and the specific detail, and we will review every report.

What happens next

We check each report against the original source before changing anything. When we make a substantive correction, we update the page and its updated date, and the figures in our databases carry the date they were confirmed. We do not quietly delete mistakes; we fix them.
